Entities

Search and retrieve sports sponsorship entities: brands, rightholders, athletes, events, and organizations.

search_entities

Search across all entity types in the LeadSponsor graph.

Parameters

NameTypeRequiredDescription
querystringYesFree-text search query
typesstring[]NoFilter by type: "brand", "rightholder", "athlete", "event", "organization"
limitnumberNoMax results (default: 20)

Returns

Array of { id, name, type, country, sector }.

Example prompt

"Search for football clubs in England"

[
{"id": "rh_manchester_city", "name": "Manchester City", "type": "rightholder", "country": "GB", "sector": "Football"},
{"id": "rh_arsenal", "name": "Arsenal", "type": "rightholder", "country": "GB", "sector": "Football"}
]

get_entity

Get everything about one entity — the complete graph node plus its sponsor history. This is the one-call "give me everything about X" tool.

Parameters

NameTypeRequiredDescription
entity_idstringYesEntity ID (from search_entities or any tool returning id)

Returns

The entity's full node (every property), plus sponsors: [] (brands that have sponsored it) and total_sponsors. For a brand this includes revenue, employees, founding year, ownership, parent group, HQ city/state/continent, operating footprint, business models, positioning, audience, keywords, aliases, and funding — the same data behind the app's CSV export and the CRM sync. Only oversized text (long descriptions, huge alias lists) is trimmed.

Many brands at once

get_entity is for one entity. To pull many brands in a single call (the bulk-export equivalent), use database_search with a filter — it returns up to 100 full nodes, pageable with offset.

Example prompt

"Give me everything about Decathlon" "Get Manchester City's full profile and sponsors"

get_entity_sponsors

List the brands that have sponsored a given entity, resolved by id.

Parameters

NameTypeRequiredDescription
entity_typestringYes"RightHolder", "Athlete", "Event", etc.
entity_idstringYesEntity id (from search_entities)

Returns

List of sponsoring brands with deal context (dates, type) where known.

Example prompt

"Who sponsors Olympique de Marseille?"
